Just a quick update that you should read the Fan Film Factor which has the latest article on the lawsuit. Yesterday, our legal team filed more documents and a response to the CBS/Paramount ex parte motion. We have a mandatory settlement conference tomorrow in front of Judge Eick, the magistrate judge handling the recent motions, so we will let you know what happens!
