Ed leads a meditation class at Ekata

Well, I woke up early again and today I DID get to Ed’s meditation class. It was pretty cool, and I enjoyed it as it is totally different than all the training I have done in the past as it was about your mind and mind/body connection and not physical training. It was also a bit sad as today was my last day at Ekata, which has been the best gym I have ever worked out at. I am going to miss it!
But we started packing the truck today, and I had my good friends and Propworx co-workers Curtis Short and Jarrod Hunt helping, as well as my trainer, super-star actor/stunt woman Sophia Crawford and her husband Jeff Pruitt. We got a lot done! Curtis is driving the 16′ Penske rental truck as he doesn’t mind driving trucks and so we flew him out here as Crysstal and I each have a car to drive.

Oh, my back is not going to be happy with all this lifting! And since we are on the 3rd floor, I got my leg work out in too!
