INCIDENT REPORT
An authentic Battlestar Galactica, production-made prop.
This is a production made two-page “Incident Report”. This document was used in various scenes where paperwork was needed. Battlestar Galactica prided itself on its realism, and paperwork clutter gave a look of analog realism. They measure 7.25″ x 11″ with cut corners.
These documents were obtained by Propworx, who handled the Battlestar Galactica Auctions. Each one comes with a Propworx Certificate of Authenticity and matching holograms to prove the props authenticity and matching it to the COA.
Prop and COA will be shipped First Class Mail in a sturdy cardboard mailer.
