Today was Day 8 of the trial, and it started with Paul’s attorneys Motion for Reconsideration” being denied by the court. With this denial, the attorney’s for both Alec Peters and Paul Jenkins addressed the court and gave their closing arguments. The Jury deliberated from 4:15pm until 6:00pm. One of the juries questions for the court, was to see the email where Paul accepted the offer to direct the 2 episodes of Axanar. This was the email where Paul wrote/typed “I’m all in”.
The Jury will resume deliberations tomorrow morning at 8:30am, and I expect the verdict to be delivered by lunchtime.
