Today was all about prep for our deposition tomorrow. There are so many documents to review, but I have to say I love reviewing them. Learning an enormous amount about Star Trek behind the scenes that I will never be able to tell anyone about! But chatting with Erin and Diana (her new right hand) leads to some fascinating legal conversations. The whole process of this lawsuit is fascinating to me, part because of my legal education (UNC Chapel Hill '87) and part because this is one of the greatest challenges of my professional life! And I'm all out of bubble gum....
I did take off midday to meet with David Gerrold about a movie project of his we are working with him on. I introduced him to a producer we like and discussed getting David's movie made at a price we can raise money for! Stay tuned for more details on that.
