We have sent emails to ALL donors who donated in 2019 – 2020 in any of our three private Kickstarters.
HOW TO GET YOUR PERKS
One of the most important things we have been working on is how we distribute perks. After shipping out patches to ALL donors from our Indiegogo campaign in 2019, we got over 10% back, costing us hundreds of dollars in wasted postage and many hours of wasted effort. So now we make it so donors have to go to the Ares Studios Store and claim the perks. This ensures a current address and donors stay engaged in the process. It also save hundreds of hours of time dealing with returned shipments and chasing down donors current address.
We want to have ALL perks for 2019-2020 shipped out by the end of the year, so the process started this past weekend as we sent out emails to different perk levels so you can claim your perk rewards.
Here is how it works:
1) Each level donor will get a specific email and password to the perks available to you.
2) Go to the Ares Studios Store Perk Fulfillment – Axanar 2019/2020 section and see the items available to your level. Chose the items the email says you are entitled to and add them to your cart. The price listed will be the shipping & handling for that item, generally a couple bucks at most!
