Axanar Animal rescue has been very busy this year. We currently have 19 kittens and cats that we have rescued and still need homes.
We transport kittens and cats anywhere in the USA through Delta Air Rescue Transport for FREE! So if you want a kitten or cat, you can get an Axa-kitty and even get a credit in the upcoming Axanar films! That is right, every adopter not only gets recognized in this blog, but you will get a credit in Axanar’s next two episodes!
Marina and her babies!
Marina was an outdoor cat whose three little kittens were about 5 weeks when we found them in a local neighborhood. We were delivering supplies to a man who had taken in a puppy from a homeless person and who was on a fixed income. You never know where you will find kittens and we immediately picked up the three little ones and then trapped the Mom (NEVER leave the Mom behind!).
The kittens have grown up well and are total sweethearts! They are all available! We transport kittens and cats anywhere in the USA through Delta Air Rescue Transport, so if you want a kitten or cat, you can get an Axa-kitty and even get a credit in the upcoming Axanar films for free!
Prosecco and her kitties!
I was called to get a cat and her 4 kittens from a trailer park in Monroe.  Kittens have about a 65% mortality rate when born outside, so I ran over and over the course of a week, got the kittens and the Mom. Crysstal decided to name them after wines, and so Mom was named Prosecco. The four little ones were names Chablis, Pinot Grigio, Kendall Jackson and Sauvignon Blanc. Sadly we lost Sauvignon after we rushed him to the emergency unit at UGA Veterinary Hospital. (A trip that cost us $1,000, but we never hesitate to save a kitten.) The three remaining were joined by Banshee, a total cutie who loves to cuddle.
Axanar Welcomes Doom!
Doom came to us when we responded to someone on Facebook who had found a little kitty outside. Now usually you don’t just pick up little kitties as usually there is a mom around and they are moving their kitties from one safe space to another or they are opff finding food. But none the less, this family had this little 2-3 week old kitten in a box with some cat food. They knew they didn’t know how to take care of it (and never feed a kitty milk unless it is cat milk!) and the kitty was too young to eat wet cat food. So we snatched him up and Quest, one of our two fosters, took him in and he and Sarah his fiance took turns bottle feeding the little guy! he now is doing well and a total sweetie.
Doom has grown!
